Following the musical residencies Pop Up Studio in Safi, Khouribga and El Jadida, the British Council Morocco and the OCP Foundation-with the support of Marock'Jeunes-invite to a 3 days concerts, by 20 emerging talents of the young Moroccan musical scenes, on March 22, 23 and 24, 2018, at the Théâtre Royal from 6 pm
This event is organized as a tribute to the residents of Program Pop Up Studio, a platform offering the unprecedented opportunity to record with an established British producer, Punch Records, who has also accompanied the artists through composition training workshops. , marketing and communication in the music industry. A total of 19 recorded songs were produced and edited in EP Singles, with artists and bands from El Jadida (5), Khouribga (6) and Safi (8). The Royal Theater of Marrakech promises to thrill the crowds with the sounds recorded by Urban Records, who is back especially for the rehearsals of the concerts, from March 19 to 21 at the Mogador Hotel in Marrakech. The previous edition of Pop Up Studio Concerts has attracted dozens of families, friends and residents of host cities. Music lovers of Marrakech are strongly invited to take part in this unique experience, a repertoire of varied and contemporary genres, offered by young emerging scenes. The goal of the Pop Up Studio programs is to create a platform for promotion and exchange for creative youth, as well as a network of industry professionals who connect musicians, broadcasters, producers, festival representatives and cultural media.
