Celebrating five years of achievements,Young Moroccan Voices (YMV), jointly launched in Morocco in 2012 by the British Council and the Anna Lindh Foundation,is organizing two day-long debate and dialogue activities in Rabat from 10 to 11 March 2017.
The event aims at bringing youth debaters, partners and beneficiaries of the YMV programme from across the Kingdom together to network, share good practices, develop partnerships and compete in a national mini-debate tournament.
The highlight of the Morocco National Debate Championship event will be the final debates which will determine the best youth debate team of Young Moroccan Voices 2017.
The final debates will take place on Saturday 11 March 2017 at the Faculty of Law, Economic and Social Sciences Agdal- Rabat starting from 09.00 with the presence of invited public figures and media partners.
The winning team will be awarded with prizes and special mention will be given to the best youth debater who showed excellence in debating, public speaking and research skills during the championship event.
The debate is open to the public.
